Jesus said, that people refused to come to Him so they could have LIFE. At the Well we believe that without JESUS life is futile (1 Peter 1:18-19). The good news is better than Jesus came to forgive sins, it is that he came to give us a new life and to make us children of God. At the Well we believe that our worth is found in our identity as God’s sons and daughters (Galatians 3:26, Genesis 1:27, 2 Corinthians 5:17). Our worship is stirred up as we think about God’s great love for us and His grace toward us.

There is only one Church and JESUS is the head of it, thus the Well is not in competition with other churches. We believe that the Church should be a picture of what it looks like when God is the one on the throne as the KING in our lives. Therefore, as the Church, we live with one goal, to bring Glory to God in everything we do! That is why without fear, we can partner with other churches and organizations that love Jesus and want to see His Kingdom come here on earth as it is in Heaven.

At the Well be believe that we were created to live in community with God and each other.  Jesus said that people would know we are His disciples by our love for one another. Our desire is to embody the Gospel as we Worship, Eat, Live and Love together with an open door for others to join us.  We believe that as we do this, God will give the increase and He will be glorified as people are drawn to Jesus.

God sends us, but he also leads us and we go with Him on mission. Jesus said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” At the WELL we embrace that God has left us here to do good works and to live our lives in a way that brings Him glory (Ephesians 2:10, Titus 2:14, Matthew 5:16).  As we live on God’s mission we want to follow what Jesus said in Matthew 28, “go into all the world and make disciples.” As disciples are made and we live for Jesus we believe that more churches will be planted.
